Durst Malting
An authentic German malt producer located in the home
of great lagers, Durst operates its four modern malting
facilities with a family ethos. Durst began as a family-owned
country brewery and malthouse 170 years ago. It sold
its first malt exports in 1924 and has since expanded
into an international supplier producing 250,000 metric
tonnes of malt each year.

Durst Pils is a highly modified malt that is
best used to produce premium lager beers.
Durst Turbo Pils is more highly modifed than
regular Durst Pils. This malt is best suited for a single-step
infusion mash.
Durst Vienna is an excellent base malt for use
in Amber lager. May also be used to adjust pale malt
properties of "golden" beers and to improve
palate fullness.
Durst Turbo Vienna is a more highly modifed
than Durst Vienna. This malt is best suited for a single-step
infusion mash.
Durst Munich 20 And Munich 40 are best used
to produce the characteristic color and flavor of dark
lager beers.
