Oak Infusion Spirals are available in 2 wood varieties: French Oak from Allier forests (Quercus sessilis) American Nothern White Oak from Minnesota (Quercus alba)	They are toasted to 4 different levels: Heavy Toast (pronounced caramelized, carnoized and smokey flavors) Medium Plus Toast (honey, roasted nuts, hint of coffee and spices) Medium Toast (less tannins, warm sweet character, strong vanilla) Light Toast (fresh oak, coconut and fruit)	Available in 3 lengths: 8 inch spiral, 2 per pack 9 inch spirals in food grade netting, 6 per pack 48 inch spirals, bundled in netting, 5 per bundle Note - as of August 2009 the 8 inch spirals are out of stock.
